i was drinking @ Short Hair's place one day with other drinking kakis... somehow, the conversation ends up at salary (sensitive issue). I made a comment "I dont think im pay enough..." and the conversation between Superwoman and me was....

Me : i dont think im pay enough
SW : what makes u think so?
ET interrupted "yes i agree esp when u are an AM"
SW : for an AM, if u are not paid at least $XXX then its not justified. Are u being paid at least $XXX

i tried to avoid this issue.. but she is persistant.. so...
Me : nope, less than that
SW : ohh.. THAT'S SAD!!!!!!!! seriously, if u are not paid at least $XXX for AM position, its not worth it.. aiyooo very sad lehhh

ME : #%&#%^@$# ......... (what can i say)

Eagle (mgr) told me .. hey BQ, why are u not entering your prospects / sales in the website
Me : huh?
Eagle : mgt is complaining that we are bringing in so much income and it doesnt tally with what is reflected on the website. Why? can u do something?
Me : coz we are busy with bringing business / income, hence left with no time to update the website
Eagle : ya.. i agree with you. But mgt is complaining. So we have to keep the website updated. can u key in your prospect / sales now
Me : ok..

i went on to create prospect a/c.. but our gancheong spider BD ger (GCS)is super slow .. she needs at least 2 days to click "OK" on her side before we can do anything on our end. (that explains why the BD dept is not bringing as much business as the servicing team... the entire BD concept sucks big time)

Only the senior mgt has ID / access to the website. So in order for me to enter my stuff, i have to use eagle's ID. So any updates done by GCS, eagle will be informed, not me.

so.. GCS created the a/c. Eagle told me abt it n said..
Eagle : BQ.. GCS has sent me this. what is this all about?
me : GCS has approved my entries so now i can proceed to key in the data. that's what she's trying to say.
eagle : ok.. anyway.. i think u really have to make a point to enter your stuff. this will reflect good on you
me : reflect good on me? I dont have an ID for myself, im using your ID... (i hope she gets my point... i cant be too direct. Otherwise, meannie me will be enemy with her forever.. but my point this.. its her ID.. if i get the sales, it will reflect good on her, not me... why work so hard?!?!?!?! :P)

these few days, she kept throwing all the enquiries to me when kopi-o (boss) has asked her to do #$^@$%
this one particular prospect (referred by a TP) is a piece of useless shit.. value is low = premium will be low. TP still dare to tell eagle that he wants a bigger share of the commission. i told eagle, what for? im not going to spend too much time on this. premium is low, we still have to split comm with TP and this is an one-off business. the a/c will not grow.. and there's only a handful of insurer who can write that type of risk... how many high valued materialistic mode of transport can 1 person buy? not more than 1 in my field....
